Free Admission on Museum Day. On September 25th, museums and cultural institutions across the country join the Smithsonian Institution in offering free admission on Museum Day.
Special admission cards, available on the Smithsonian magazine website, are good for free entry at a number of Philadelphia area venues, including:
Fireman's Hall Museum
The Academy of Natural Sciences
The African American Museum in Philadelphia
Delaware Art Museum
Hagley Museum and Library
University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology & Anthropology
and many others.
