Chadds Ford Days

Sept. 10th  and 11th

10 to 5 pm

Picturesque Chadds Ford is the setting for Chadds Ford Days “Dog Days of Summer II” where thousands of people flock every year for great food and libations, entertainment, shopping and family fun. Just steps from the Brandywine, this popular Chadds Ford tradition stands out from other outdoor events in the region with its dog-friendly environment! Not only have folk’s canine pets always been welcome at the fair but this year a host of dog-centered activities will keep the dogs as entertained as their human pals. Dogs can enjoy canine fun from doing the open obstacle course to “putting on the dog” wearing their favorite outfit in the Doggie Dress-up Parade at 11:00 on Saturday!

The fair will also feature antique cars, kid’s rides, tours of the John Chads House, beehive oven bread sales and our newest exhibit on the wonders of “Wood, Woods and Wood Workers”. Fairgoers can also relax in an outdoor colonial tavern featuring Victory brews and Chaddford wines while they enjoy the tasty offerings from Brandywine Prime, Jimmy Johns and Brandywine Catering. Sit back and listen to great music, including the return of Charlie Zahm and Steve Liberace. You can shop for handmade crafts, or watch the kids revel in their special activities! The 46th Annual Art Show on Chadds Ford Days, Sept. 10 and 11 will feature the works of artists across the region. Sponsors of the Chadds Ford Days Fair are Endo Pharmaceuticals, Bryn Mawr Trust and Brandywineradio.com.
