Celebrate Mom with a fun-filled visit to Sesame Place and a special Mother’s Day Dine with Elmo & Friends! Enjoy a delicious buffet meal with your favorite furry friends, where all moms will receive a FREE flower. Take a spin on the rides, catch your favorite Sesame Street shows, and don’t miss the Sesame Street Party Parade throughout the day! Dine with Elmo & Friends is an additional charge, and reservations are required.




Enjoy a day of fishing with the family, a memory that will last a lifetime. No fishing experience or fishing license is required.  If you are a new angler and don’t own your own equipment, no worries; we have you covered!  Rods will be available to rent and we have a bait machine on site to purchase bait. Mother fish free with paid child’s admission. 




Adapted for the stage by Leslie Bricusse and Timothy Allen McDonald, Lyrics and Music by Leslie Bricusse and Anthony Newley, and based on the book Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl, this musical tells the timeless story of the world-famous candy man and his quest to find an heir and promises to be a golden ticket full of adventure, magical confections, mysterious places, and promises to warm the heart with its teaching of the importance of having character and being grateful.  It is sweetly chock full of family fun.  The story starts when “the greatest candy maker of all time” sends five golden tickets wrapped in five of his famous Wonka Chocolate Bars out into the world in search of five lucky child winners who will get to visit his famous factory and have the chance to win a lifetime supply of chocolate, among many other scrumptious things!

Swing in the spring with the CCC! More than 100 talented Chester children will be performing a selection of jazz hits, including "It Don't Mean a Thing," "Cheek to Cheek," and "Sing, Sing, Sing."  Free admission.

The Walt Disney Archives is opening its vault of treasures, showcasing more than 250 of its “Crown Jewels,” rarely seen artworks and artifacts, costumes and props, and other memorabilia.  

Exclusively for this exhibition, Disney has curated special behind-the-scenes glimpses into the creation of the company’s most popular characters, films, shows, and attractions—from Disneyland to Walt Disney World and beyond.  

Plus, ten magnificent and imaginatively themed galleries, all featuring moving stories, unique interactive installations, and exciting background information, will take visitors on a journey through 100 years of The Walt Disney Company, celebrating the classics from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs to Strange World, as well as the latest members of the Disney family—Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel, and National Geographic. 


 
Elmo’s Springtacular at Sesame Place is filled with furry fun and exciting events! Join in on the fun with an exciting lineup of music, meet & greets, pirate adventures, and fireworks.




Children of all ages are welcome to sit and listen, ask questions, doodle, draw, paste, and color to their heart's content. (Accompanying adults are also welcome to get involved!)




The Philadelphia Museum of Art guests can pay what they wish for admission every Friday evening and the first Sunday of the month. Reservations are required.
