Widener’s FreshBaked Theatre Company to Present
Robin Hood

Children’s Theater Benefits Chester Food Pantry

Widener University’s FreshBaked Theatre Company will present “Robin Hood” for young audiences on Sunday, April 14 and Saturday, April 20 at 3 p.m. in Alumni Auditorium on Widener’s Main Campus in Chester, Pa. The play is for ages 5 and up and has a running time of 45 minutes.

In this interpretation of “Robin Hood”, adapted by Kathleen Schultz Miller, Robin Hood and his Merry Friends of Sherwood take young audience members on a fun-filled adventure as they steal from the rich and give to the poor. Young and old participate throughout the performance, becoming members of Robin's rowdy band and even competitors in a high stakes archery tournament. Live music, performed by Widener students, rounds out the merriment
