Still need to get in the holiday spirit? Check out some of these family-friendly events happening this weekend in Delaware County.

Thomas Dambo’s TROLLS: Save the Humans, with Imagine Exhibitions, is opening at Philadelphia Zoo in February 2024! These six enormous Trolls are on a mission to inspire humans to take better care of Nature. Each has a unique story and is created using repurposed wood by the world's leading recycling artist. The Trolls believe rethinking how we live our daily lives will help save the planet for all animals, including humans, and they want to share their ideas with you.

It’s the first Sunday of the month, which means free admission at the Barnes. This February, we’re celebrating what we love most about Philadelphia’s creative communities, artists, and performers! Join artists from our Barnes West initiative for activities and performances that will inspire you to create your very own love letter to your community.

Enjoy free all-day admission to the Brandywine Museum of Art, plus join in creative art activities led by teaching artists from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. In conjunction with Brandywine’s special exhibition, Rooted: Family and Nature in Contemporary Children’s Book Illustration, create handmade Valentines and imaginative collages that celebrate the joy of family.

Join us for this free celebration of the Lunar New Year and usher in the year of the Dragon! Enjoy hands-on art activities for all ages and an outdoor performance of the iconic Lion Dance by the Philadelphia Suns. Following the Lion Dance, we’ll move inside for a performance by Kun-Yang Lin Dancers and dragon-themed make-and-take art projects in our studios.

Linvilla Orchards Fore! The Planet is a highly interactive and playful museum exhibit created by the Academy of Natural Sciences in Philadelphia! 18 unique educational holes explore butterfly metamorphosis, a tropical rain forest, evolution, dinosaur extinction, food chains, and more. Perfect for kids of all ages, your entire family will enjoy playing miniature golf while learning about our environment – every step of the way!

We’re very excited to return to Edgmont, PA, opening November 24th and running through February 2024. Conveniently located on Route 3,  just minutes from the Blue Route, West Chester, Newtown Square and a short drive from Philadelphia or The Main Line. You can expect a winter wonderland filled with fun for the whole family, including convenient on-site parking, festive music, lighting, video & decor, delicious food & beverages, and heated hospitality tents perfect for private parties.

Children of all ages are welcome to sit and listen, ask questions, doodle, draw, paste, and color to their heart's content. (Accompanying adults are also welcome to get involved!)

The Philadelphia Museum of Art guests can pay what they wish for admission every Friday evening and the first Sunday of the month. Reservations are required.

Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park have adventures behind every corner. They are the ultimate indoor playground for your entire family. Take your kids' birthday party to the next level or spend a day of fun with the family, and you'll see why we're more than just a trampoline park.
