The mission of this Expo is to showcase recreational and educational summer programs in our region and to educate families about the options available to their children with learning differences and/or special needs during the summer months.

2010 Main Line Camp Fair


Representatives from more than 100 day, residential and travel/adventure camps will be available to discuss their programs in detail. Prospective campers can explore various opportunities through video presentations and brochures. Admission and parking are free! Families with children ages 5-18 are encouraged to attend. Whether you are interested in a day camp, overnight camp, or an adventure/wilderness program, whether you are looking for a camp with an academic, sports, or any other leisure activity focus, you will find it at the 2010 Main Line Camp Fair.

Free Weekends in National Parks


If your looking to save money on your summer vacation this year the national park service has a great deal for your family, with 3 fee-free weekends at more than 100 national parks that usually charge entrance fees.
Mark your calendars for fee-free weekends this summer:
June 20-21, 2009 (Father’s Day weekend)
July 18-19, 2009
August 15-16, 2009
Many national park concessioners are joining the National Park Service in welcoming visitors on this summer’s fee free weekends with the their own special offers.
Here’s a tip – many national parks never charge an entrance fee, so you can plan inexpensive visits year round!
