Celebrate the season with our traditional autumn festival. These fun-filled family days are full of activities, live entertainment, delicious food and, of course, pumpkins! Pick out your prized pumpkin, assemble a scarecrow to take home, jump in the moon bounce or race through an inflatable obstacle course, make crafts, play games and see Tyler’s glorious fall colors on a hay wagon tour.

Location:   Free parking for Pumpkin Days is exclusively at the Penn State Brandywine campus (on Rt 353 in Media PA), where visitors can catch the complimentary shuttle bus to and from Tyler Arboretum. Strollers are welcome on the shuttle. Parking at the Arboretum is reserved for handicapped parking (515 Painter Rd Media PA).

This is the first program in a summer series of family events presented by Hagley’s Youth Leadership Program. Activities are included in regular admission and free for members.

Experiment and innovate with our new series of family activities: Hagley Science Saturdays! Stop by the fourth Saturday of every month for a new hands-on activity. Families will work creatively together to solve a science challenge.

This months  activity will require visitors to try out different paper airplane designs to determine which one will fly the farthest. Activities are included with general admission and are free for members.
