Join Jamal in this fun peanut and butter and jelly story adventure.
Desire Grover is a freelance multimedia designer who also has a passion for writing and illustrating children’s books. Over the years she has wanted to fully produce her own books and now she has set out to do so with the introduction of her first book called For the Love of Peanut Butter. It is a story about a little boy named Jamal who LOVES peanut butter. But when he runs for class president he finds out that his opponent loves jelly just as much as he loves peanut butter. Will he be able to win against her and become class president or will he come to learn a very valuable lesson? Grover will read the story filled with her humorous and animated drawings in an interactive storytelling program using puppets and lots of audience participation. Q & A after the program with crafts and treats too!!
