The third annual NarBark Dog Parade is on Friday, June 4, from 6-8 pm.
Pre-register at Spots or Sweet Mabel, and dress your dog in its finest
parade costume. There will be food, music, prizes for costumes, a pet
photographer, and pet vendors with free samples. All proceeds from the
NarBark raffle at the event will go to ARF SEPA, the local animal rescue
foundation.

Looking for something fun and creative for your kids this upcoming spring break? Make their break count in the Art Center’s Spring Camp! Camp offers young artists an opportunity to make unique works of art, make new friends and participate in the creative process. Small classes taught by professional Teaching Artists allow for individualized attention and exposure to a wide range of age-appropriate materials, including printmaking, collage, sculpture, drawing and painting. Freedom Playground which is being built in Haverford is looking for volunteers to help build this awesome new playground. The great part is kids can help and if they are to young there is free daycare (with vetted professionals) on site for volunteering adults.

Also Freedom Playground is participating the Disney's "Give a Day, Get a Day" Program. Great way to get free admission to Disney is your planning on going soon!

What makes this playground “special”…

Freedom Playground will allow typically developing children and children who have a wide range of special needs to play, grow and develop along side one another. Our playground will be fully wheelchair accessible and will offer an extensive variety of activities that promote social interaction, gross motor skills, fine motor skills, sensory integration and most importantly, fun!

Main Line Art Center and Children's Book World join together to celebrate the great art of children's books. Look at books through the eyes of the illustrators as you meet with the artists, view their work in our gallery, hear more about their process and purchase books to be autographed.
